As Our Customer
- You may return all unused items purchased at nwffenviro.com Products, within 30 days of the original delivery date. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
- If the item is returned for any other reason you may be responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent (to be assessed on a case by case basis).
- No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA), which you can receive by E-Mailing us at nwff@nwffenviro.com or calling us at 1-800-942-4614
- We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 2 weeks of receiving the returned item.
