Mr. Sharratt is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP®) and has been an accredited environmental inspector since 2006, conducting numerous surveys from Alaska to California. Mr. Sharratt has also been conducting OSHA based facilities audits for health and safety since 2007, conducting workplace evaluations, work plan development and implementing training programs to assist in safety compliance for OSHA, NFPA, API, EPA and ANSI standards. Behavior Based Safety (BBS) and Management Systems of Safety are his primary focal points when evaluations occur. Mr. Sharratt has spent a great deal of his 17-year career instructing function-based safety courses and will lend expertise to the development of hands on leadership activities.
Ross McMakin

Mr. McMakin is an Emergency Management Professional with experience managing hazardous materials emergencies of varying complexity and size throughout the Pacific Northwest. As an Emergency Manager, Mr. McMakin has served in several roles in the Incident Command System. Mr. McMakin, serving as the Technical Services Manager for NWFF, has been responsible for the coordination of Emergency and Non-Emergency land and marine based spill response, remediation, profiling of waste, transportation and disposal, subcontractor management, report generation, and project close-out for NWFF offices in Oregon and Washington.
Tim Shaw

Mr. Shaw brings over 25 years of experience as a geologist, trainer, and environmental consultant. His experience is very broad range including site assessments, site investigations, spill response, contaminated site cleanup, remediation design and operation, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) waste handling, and underground storage tank removals throughout Alaska. He is a certified AHERA Building Inspector and is experienced with asbestos abatement and abatement planning. He is experienced in indoor air quality studies and hazardous building material surveys, Environmental Program Manager, Natural Resource Manager, and NEPA.
Jason Storrs

Mr. Storrs is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH®) and environmental consultant with experience in mining, superfund/ hazardous waste remediation, and in the aerospace/defense industry. Mr. Storrs has been conducting worker exposure monitoring and indoor air quality since 2010 and is skilled in data interpretation and risk communication within all organizational levels to achieve compliance and operational excellence. Mr. Storrs is proficient at identifying safety and health hazards, implementing controls, applying corrective measures, and developing policies and procedures that can increase productivity while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Nationally recognized subject matter expert in response to natural disasters, program management for emergency responders, confined space entry and rescue, and pandemic planning with 18 years’ experience in the fields of program and project management, business continuity, disaster recovery (IT and Business Process), emergency management, nation-wide hazmat response, hazard and vulnerability assessment, and environmental, health & safety at all levels of local, state, and federal government as well as private sector. Ms. Lewis holds a bachelor’s degree in emergency management and environmental emergency response.
