Mr. Sharratt is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP®) and has been an accredited environmental inspector since 2006, conducting numerous surveys from Alaska to California. Mr. Sharratt has also been conducting OSHA based facilities audits for health and safety since 2007, conducting workplace evaluations, work plan development and implementing training programs to assist in safety compliance for OSHA, NFPA, API, EPA and ANSI standards. Behavior Based Safety (BBS) and Management Systems of Safety are his primary focal points when evaluations occur. Mr. Sharratt has spent a great deal of his 17-year career instructing function-based safety courses and will lend expertise to the development of hands on leadership activities.
Ms. Raggon is a business administrator with experience in industrial parts distribution, public education, facilities management and language localization. Before getting her MBA, she worked for a global translation company, managing translation and localization projects. Here she developed a passion for leadership and global operations. She went back to school for an MBA, specializing in Supply Chain and Logistics, and she also became a Certified Associate in Project Management with the Project Management Institute. Ms. Raggon honed her fiscal and procurement skills working in the public sector, while also mastering state procurement policies, cost accounting, facility-use coordination, and the ordering and distribution of safety supplies and PPE for a large organization. She is skilled in team leadership and collaboration, problem solving, research, communication, quality assurance and customer service.
Mr. Whitmore has been in the field of hazardous materials and hazardous waste and transportation and disposal compliance for over 40 years, starting in 1978. He has extensive experience characterizing and managing hazardous and non-hazardous materials, wastes and recyclable materials, not only as a Generator, but also as a Transporter, and Treatment/Storage/Disposal worker and manager, having worked for several environmental management companies in operational and technical positions. Mr. Whitmore is a Class A CDL driver, trained in IATA/ICAO Dangerous Goods as well as International Maritime Transport of Dangerous Goods, along with Hazardous Waste Regulations.

Certified Industrial Hygienist
Mr. Storrs is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH®) and environmental consultant with experience in mining, superfund/ hazardous waste remediation, and in the aerospace/defense industry. Mr. Storrs has been conducting worker exposure monitoring and indoor air quality since 2010 and is skilled in data interpretation and risk communication within all organizational levels to achieve compliance and operational excellence. Mr. Storrs is proficient at identifying safety and health hazards, implementing controls, applying corrective measures, and developing policies and procedures that can increase productivity while maintaining a strong safety culture.
Mr. McMakin is an Emergency Management Professional with experience managing hazardous materials emergencies of varying complexity and size throughout the Pacific Northwest. As an Emergency Manager, Mr. McMakin has served in several roles in the Incident Command System. Mr. McMakin, serving as the Technical Services Manager for NWFF, has been responsible for the coordination of Emergency and Non-Emergency land and marine based spill response, remediation, profiling of waste, transportation and disposal, subcontractor management, report generation, and project close-out for NWFF offices in Oregon and Washington.
Mr. Russo is a business professional with over 20 years of experience in the environmental industry. He has specialized in hazardous waste segregation, packaging, transportation, disposal and recycling. Shortly after graduating college with a BS in Biology, he worked his way up from the bottom of operations as a field lab pack chemist/Hazmat driver into an operations/sales hybrid position which in time became a full sales/account management roll for many years. During that time he physically worked and sold environmental business across the entire western United States and he has worked in many different lines of environmental business from emergency response to industrial cleaning. His primary environmental focus over the past 15 years has been specifically within the Pacific Northwest, Hawaii and Alaska. He has a solid understanding of all disposal and recycling technologies within the US and the local market pricing associated with them. He has over 30 years’ experience in general sales. He enjoys account management, outside sales and inside sales. Great communication skills and a solid technical background are just two of his keys to success!

Nationally recognized subject matter expert in response to natural disasters, program management for emergency responders, confined space entry and rescue, and pandemic planning with 18 years’ experience in the fields of program and project management, business continuity, disaster recovery (IT and Business Process), emergency management, nation-wide hazmat response, hazard and vulnerability assessment, and environmental, health & safety at all levels of local, state, and federal government as well as private sector. Ms. Lewis holds a bachelor’s degree in emergency management and environmental emergency response.
Mr. Shaw brings over 25 years of experience as a geologist, trainer, and environmental consultant. His experience is a very broad range including site assessments, site investigations, spill response, contaminated site cleanup, remediation design and operation, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) waste handling, and underground storage tank removals throughout Alaska. He is a certified AHERA Building Inspector and is experienced with asbestos abatement and abatement planning. He is experienced in indoor air quality studies and hazardous building material surveys, Environmental Program Manager, Natural Resource Manager, and NEPA.
